Body Fit EMS Studios are small and stylish and take a max of 2 clients at a time. They do not feel like gyms and you have the personal attention of our Studio Manager who will ensure your session is tailored to your fitness needs. EMS is low impact and puts minimal strain on your muscles so is effective for all fitness levels – some EMS clients are over 80!
